This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in gaining experience in a fast-paced RPO HR department. You will gain hands-on experience in many HR functions including recruitment, retention, and employee relations.

Responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with various telephone & email inquiries by retrieving telephone messages & emails and returning routine phone calls and emails.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews with support staff candidates and prospective new graduate RNs.
• Assist HR Generalist and HR Staff with special projects as needed.
• Perform reference checks. Provide administrative support to Human Resources Staff members including data entry, word processing, copying, filing and office mail pick-up and delivery.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service and communication skills. Dependability, confidentiality, and a team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn are expected. Positions requires weekday availability 20-30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling between the hours of 9AM-5PM.

+ The intern should also have interest in US recruitment and ability to work night shifts if required.
