The role of the intern is to:

  • Agree any amendments to agreed induction programme activities
  • Manage/script the production of Induction course materials, covering general and job specific induction
  • Work with subject matter experts to define content
  • Produce some of the more general materials
  • Leverage the existing course design for batch induction material and update
  • the batch induction course design to be consistent with the individual induction programme and to use newly developed materials where relevant
  • Oversee the successful first delivery of the Induction

  • Will learn about social enterprise in rural India
