Project CAOY3 is a company run entirely by Interns, officially launched on 15/08/2010 from Brussels, Belgium.
We offer the opportunity to gain valueable leaderhips, management as well as execution skills while giving freedom to explore, learn and innovate. We welcome interns from all over the world, as we believe that cross-cultural awareness skills on the workplace can only improve career and leadership prospects of our interns.
At Project CAOY3, Interns develop strategies, action plans and execution timelines for their assigned areas. They work on their assigned area while coordinating/managing their teams. Interns are also part of other interns’ teams, supporting and executing other teams’ strategies, action plans and execution timelines. Interns therefore gain leaderhip, coordination, management and execution skills while being afforded the liberty to take responsability roles, learn to work in teams, work in a structured environment, explore new ideas, learn from each other and innovate.
Interns are evaluated by their managers (interns), co-workers (interns) as well as from the member of their own team (interns). These evaluations are kept on file and available to recruiters and potential employers upon request.
Currently, we are recruiting 10 programmers and IT students to work on the development of our server-based virtual office. The virtual office project kickedoff on 21/08/2010 and is currently under development by 2 interns (there are also other interns whose resume are being screened).
To the 3 most qualified interns, we offer a small appreciation bonus of 6000 rupees upon completion of the 6 months internship, based on the accomplishment of the following objectives:
1) recruitment of at least 5 interns
2) >90% attendance of virtual meetings
3) >95% delivery of actions in time as assigned
4) 20hrs/week work
5) average score in your evaluation by colleagues and superiors of 85%
6) complete 100% evaluation of your team’s members, superiors and co-workers
Interns will also have targets and objectives specific to the development of the Virtual Office and, upon its completion, to the development of an Online Social Community which will provide internship opportunities to future interns.
Interns that are not selected for the “bonus” internships will nevertheless have the 6 objectives listed above, in addition to their own “virtual office development” objectives.
