To assist the organisation in managing and carrying out social research and rural development research projects.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Under-graduate/post-graduate training in research (preferably in social sciences or management)
• minimum 3 years of experience in social research
• Practical/industry experience in field research preferred than in academic research
• Experience in: Questionnaire design; Field Survey and Data Analysis
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent report writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
They will also be
• Self motivated with the ability to work independently
• Professional, flexible, resourceful, adaptable, creative and culturally sensitive.
