The CAOY3 project aims at creating self-sustainable online companies staffed completely by interns.
our aim is to provide interns of all ages with the opportunity to not only contribute, but drive the business to growth by leading teams, setting and executing strategies, achieving results, plan for succession and sustainability by recruiting other interns.
the project gives to interns the possibility to not only be part of a large organization, but to also lead it in the daily management activites: decision making, strategy, spending, implementation, segmentation….all is decided by interns, with slight supervision by the Board of Directors (made by interns and professionals).
Positions offered range from programmers, to seo specialists, to SEM manager, SEO managers, IT mangers, VP Marketing, IT directors, Security Mangers, HR managers and recruiters, and much more.
We currently have 3 projects open.
