Desired candidate profile:

• Sound knowledge in Ajax, CSS, JavaScript, HTML, XML, DHTML, Dreamweaver, jQuery to create websites that the world has never seen
• Experience in Photoshop, dreamweaver and other WYSIWYG tools is a plus
• Knowledge of php and ability to customize open source cms like joomla, drupal, wordpress is a BIG plus
• Graduation NOT required, but ability to speak in English or Kannadish/Tamilish/Telungish/Hindish or any other regionalish English is good
• Willingness to learn and keep yourself updated with the latest development in the web development field
