Marketing Interns: -

• You will be taught about the services we provide to all clients.
• You will be allotted a geographical area.
• You will be given Training on Marketing & Sales Operations.
• Your mentor will train, guide & assist you at every step.
• You need to make your allotted geographical area for newer clients.
• You need to make sure they do their recruitments through us.
• Our Recruitment Team will close the positions; you get from your client.
• Client makes the payment for the recruitment services we rendered to them.

Human Resource Interns: -

• You will be taught about the recruitment & selection process.
• You will be taught about the different industries & their working patterns.
• Your mentor will train, guide & assist you at every step.
• You will be given different vacant positions with different clients.
• You need to search the suitable candidate & send him/her for the Interview.
• You need to then take feedback from the Candidate & Client.
