Selection:
- Interested students to apply with a brief explaining how do they see themselves contributing in this immersion experience.
- Shortlisted profiles would be interviewed by the Enterprise and selected interns to be given offer for internship.

The role of the intern would be to teach the students of various grades (Grade I through VIII) on various subjects using XSeed methodology. XSeed method has a very high focus on “Learning through Experience” and it makes the process of learning interactive and fun. Upon selection, the intern shall be certified on Advanced Teaching Methodology and then placed in a school for the duration of 15-25 days. The total internship duration shall be 30 – 60 days.

Internship-:
Logistics : Post selection the interns would undergo a certification course in Advanced Teaching Methodology and on successful completion of the same they would be deployed for the immersion experience. During the course of the training and actual immersion the travel / boarding / lodging at the place of internship would be taken care of by iDiscoveri. Interns would also be eligible for stipend as per their place of deployement.
