We are seeking for our Indian operations and newly establish SEO & SEM dapertment, 4 interns that while supporting each others as well as the SEO & SEM Junior manager in daily activities aimed at the marketing and optimization onsite and offsite, will report daily to the SEO & SEM Manager and on a weekly basis to management in Europe. Hence, you must be able to clearly and structuraly communicate idea, issues, innovation/development opportunities and results/data in English.
After an initial period of 1 month supporting the SEO & SEM Junior Manager and Manager, two interns will be assigned and given the chance to operate in all effects as a SEO & SEM Junior Manager, thus being responsible for the strategy realization, implementation and results of the assigned business unit while contributing to the business overall SEO & SEM strategy. These interns will be responsible for the onsite and offsite SEO/marketing activities, including programming and developments of the business unit assigned, and if/when deemed necessary, of its content and physical/virtual structure. They will be responsible for delivery results as defined by the business plan, both quantitative and qualitative.
At the end of the internship which lasts 12 months, you may be offered a full time position as a SEO & SEM Junior Marketing manager that will pay you anywhere between Rs 60,000-150,000/yr + Rs 5,000-12,500 of performance bonus. It all depends on your performance. We have lots to do and we collaborate a lot: as a result, you can show your worth in many ways!
