We are looking for applicants who can quickly learn a new language, framework or tool if required.
A person who is a good fit for these positions will have some or all of the following skills:
1. For Web Developers: LAMP Stack, jQuery, CodeIgniter, large and complex AJAX applications, Memcached, Silverlight.
For Desktop Application Developers: C/C++, Objective C, Win32, Cocoa.
2. Basic understanding of Computer Science Fundamentals, Sorting and Searching Algorithms, Compiler and Parser development.
3. Top-notch computer programming skills. During the interview, you should impress us by talking about the “code” or the “spec document” that you have written/contributed in the past. Any contribution to an open-source project would be a major advantage.
4. Strong written and spoken English skills are definite requirements along with excellent communication skills. You have to continuously interact and contribute in our Forums and FAQ.
