At Microfinance Focus, students will gain experience in the microfinance sector by focusing on one of the following tasks:

• Research based projects
• News and Media analysis
• Marketing and Brand value

Desired Intern profile:

• Interns should have a strong academic background and experience in management, finance, public policy, economic and/or international development. However, we still encourage applicants from different background to apply.
• Undergraduate and graduate students from India and abroad are encouraged to apply for short term internships.

Microfinance Focus (MF) is a monthly digital magazine. It can be considered the first and only international online monthly magazine focused on the microfinance sector. Microfinance Focus initiated publishing in July 2006, and is currently distributed to over 6,000 primary subscribers. MF is focused on serving the microfinance market, and publishes articles and editorials written by experts who are practicing in the field.
