The ‘Sales’ function at PM DIMENSIONS is organized in three lines of Key Account Managers, Regional Sales Executives and Practice Specific Business Development Executive. All front line sales teams are supported by a common ‘Inside-Sales’ team.
The ‘Inside – Sales’ team is responsible for selling ‘open’ workshops by generating nominations through tele-sales. The team take complete responsibility to identify the programs to sell, locations, dates, target audience, database generation, sales and follow ups.
Key responsibilities of the ‘Inside-Sales’
- Complete responsibility for sales of open training programs
- Generate nominations primarily through ‘tele-sales’
- Generate leads for In-company sales
- Conduct research on internet for creation of database
Desired candidate profile:
- The candidate should be a graduate in any discipline, preferably with 0-4 years experience.
- A very good command on English and excellent communication skills are a must.
- The candidate should be confident, enthusiastic and passionate for selling.
